The procedure of sale of the company in Switzerland
Under the sale of the company, we mean the sale of the sharecapital capital in the enterprise (in our case - 100%).
All such actions must be notarized. Requires the presence of Managing Director - resident of Swiss (the founders may give power of attorney standard form).
