You contact us, and we will check the availability of the company name. We receive the necessary documents from you and prepare and send you a contract and invoice for services.

After receipt of the payment and signed agreement (scan), we will prepare the documents and, on the same day, send them to the bank to open a blocked account. As a rule, the bank opens an account the next day, and we inform you of the bank's details to transfer the share capital (20'000 CHF or 100'000 CHF).

After the share capital transfer to the account of your new company, we will receive confirmation from the bank and do the necessary paperwork. Within a few days, we receive dates of meetings at all state bodies, certify statutory documents and transfer them to the commercial register.

After verification, the Canton trade register issues an invoice to be paid for publishing a firm in a registry.
